Through this service, individuals can open a file at the Driver’s Licensing Department to attend theoretical and practical training courses in order to obtain a driving license. If the beneficiary is having a driver’s license in the home country, he/she can apply for a golden chance. It is applicable only in some countries which the UAE government mentions in the guidelines.
